Raspberry Popsicles Sorbets
- 170 g fresh raspberry
- 60 g Fooditive Sweetener
- 80 ml orange juice freshly squeezed
- 20 ml lemon juice
4 popsicles serving
Mix the fresh raspberry with Fooditive Sweetener and lemon juice in blender.
Add the orange juice and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a fine mesh sieve and press with a spatula or the bottom of a ladle to strain the puree through the sieve.
Scoop the mixture into popsicles molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
To serve, dip the molds into hot water for 5 seconds.
