1. Start Slow
Don't put too much pressure on yourself to make the change overnight - start by making one vegetarian or vegan recipe per week.
2. Meat Substitutes and Alternatives

There are many options for vegetarians these days - you can still enjoy every part of your diet by simply replacing dairy with a milk-free alternative. Use margarine or olive oil instead of butter, make your own vegan cheese using cashews, and try milk-free ice creams.
